What is a mocktail?
Mocktails are simply non-alcoholic mixed drinks meant to mimic the wider known cocktails, minus the alcohol. Mocktails are created much the same way as traditional cocktails, meaning using lots of flavours, juices, fruits, herbs, sofas etc to create a unique range of flavours.
But without the alcohol in them, you end up with a beverage to be enjoyed without the headaches afterwards. It is a much healthier option compared to the cocktails with the sometimes high alcohol use. So whatever reason you have to not wanting to drink alcohol, you never have to miss out on a delicious tasty drink.

Are mocktails healthier than cocktails?
As mentioned, mocktails do beat cocktails when it comes to the health aspect of it, but only due to the missing ingredient of alcohol. We all know how unhealthy alcohol is for our bodies and the effects that comes from drinking alcohol shouldn’t be taken lightly either. Alcohol have lots of potentially dangerous effects that can impact both brain, heart, liver and our immune systems.
So with that being said, choosing non-alcohol drinks over alcoholic drinks will greatly benefit your health.
But that is also where the comparison ends when it comes to ones health. Mocktails still contains a lot of sugars, juices and sodas that also isn’t entirely healthy for you, so although I can’t advise you directly to the healthiest mocktail out there, I will simply say this: Everything in moderation.
Instructions For Lime & Passion Fruit Tonic Mocktail

Squeeze the lime piece into the glass
Halve the passion fruit and scrape the fruit into the glass
