What toppings can you use for San Choy Bow?

The most known fillings to have in San Choy Bow is either pork or chicken, but for our recipe, we serve this in a vegan-friendly version, and instead use vegan soya mince. You could also use vegan chicken, tempeh, tofu or other vegan meat alternatives, but our best result has been to use soya mince.
